Top Navigation and Maps Apps in Cyprus Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the navigation and maps app landscape in Cyprus showed varied trends across the top applications, according to Sensor Tower's unified platform data.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained a steady presence in the market, with weekly downloads ranging between 2.1K and 3.4K. The highest download figure was recorded in mid-June, reaching approximately 3.4K.

Google Maps Go experienced a consistent download rate, averaging around 1K per week. The app saw a peak in the final week of June with 1.2K downloads, indicating a slight upward trend towards the end of the quarter.

Google Earth had fluctuating download numbers, peaking at over 1K in mid-June, but generally hovered around 500 to 1K weekly downloads throughout the quarter.

The app Radar, Speedometer, GPS, HUD saw a significant spike in downloads in early May, reaching over 2K. However, the numbers declined sharply afterward, settling below 100 downloads per week by the end of June. Revenue for this app showed a modest increase, peaking at $4 in early June.

Satellite View - Maps - Radar displayed a steady increase in revenue, reaching $7 in late June. Download trends were more volatile, with a notable peak in early May at 901 downloads, followed by a sharp decline.
